Author Biography

Once upon a time ... Cricket Rohman grew up in the mountains of Colorado where wild animals wandered by her home on a daily basis. Her novels, much like her life, are filled with family relationships, education/teachers, dogs, horses, love, laughter, and life's little mysteries.

Cricket's first writing experiences were musical. She wrote songs and sang with her brother's folk group called Friendship Sloop. During these musical years she appeared in a few TV pilot productions, numerous TV commercials, and theatrical voice overs. Best of all, the real writing bug began to nibble.

Prior to becoming a full-time author of romantic mystery and literary fiction, Cricket's career path included the following: actor, singer, audio/video producer, teacher, principal, and Asst. Professor at the University of Arizona.

They say to write what you know (at least at first) and that is exactly what she did. The adult novel WANTED: AN HONEST MAN arrived first and became Book 1 of the Lindsey Lark Series. LETTERS, LOVERS, & LIES is Book 2 and HIT THE ROAD, JAKE! followed.

The End ... No Way! Cricket's list of writing projects will last a life time.
